Knowing that going in saves you time and money. Cassidy can usually spot what’s wrong without a long diagnostic, and you’ll have the price before he starts, so there’s no hourly rate climbing while you wait. Most repairs are finished the same day.
He’s licensed and insured, and every job is done to California code. He also answers his own phone, including at 2 a.m.

Cassidy has been a plumber in the Inland Empire for over 15 years, almost all of it on residential service calls around Lake Elsinore.
Drains that back up every few months. A water heater that dies on a Sunday. A sewer line full of roots, or a shower that never gets properly hot. He’s seen all of it, and before he picks up a tool he’ll walk you through what’s happening and what it will cost to fix.
Bigger projects come through too, the ones people put off for years: whole house re-pipes, tankless water heaters, water softeners, reverse osmosis and whole house filtration. He’ll go through the house with you, work out what suits your water and your budget, then build it so you’re not thinking about it again.
He shows up when he says he will, and cleans up before he goes.
